T-Mobile drops price of Mobile Broadband
to £10 per month
T-Mobile is now offering an introductory price of £10 per month for the first 3 months on its mobile broadband “Web’n’Walk Plus” package.
This matches the cheapest deal on the market from 3 and applies to new customers signing up to the Web’N’Walk Plus 24-month tariff with the offer available until 1st October 2008.
T-Mobile currently offers up to 1.8Mbps broadband speeds and the deal includes a free USB modem stick. With this package, you also get free unlimited access to hundreds of WiFi HotSpots around the country at convenient locations such as Starbucks coffee shops, all BAA airports, Borders bookstores and hundreds of hotels.
T-Mobile is in the process of upgrading its network to offer 7.2Mbps download speeds, so customers are in for a treat when this transition is finally completed.
Recently, T-Mobile has also announced an increase in upload speeds to 1.4Mbps after the launch of its HSUPA (High-Speed Uplink Packet Access) network. Good news all around then.
